3. From the list of discovered printers, select the printer that is attached to your computer.
4. From the Print Using drop-down menu, click Select Printer Software.
5. Select your printer model.
6. Click OK.
7. Click Add.
8. A print queue will be created in Print & Scan for your printer.
   

Clean Up Old Printer Driver Files

1. Uninstall your old Lexmark printer driver by running the Lexmark Uninstaller. Go to Finder > Applications > Lexmark > and launch Uninstaller. Follow the instructions in the computer screen to remove the software. If the Uninstaller is not available, use the clean-up utility.

Using Image Capture
For scanners that are connected via USB port, Apple’s Image Capture application can be used for scanning.

To use Image Capture:

1. Go to Applications.
2. Select Image Capture.
3. On Image Capture pane, select the printer under DEVICES.
   NOTE: For network scanners with bonjour support, make sure that Scanner is shared via System Preferences. Wireless scanners can be accessed under SHARED.
4. To start scanning, click Scan.

NOTE: Lexmark All-in-One Scan Center, TWAIN and OCR Scanning are not supported on Mac OS X version 10.7.

6. If the fax document needs more than one copy of the document, modify Copies and Pages.
7. Click Fax.

Fax Setup Utility and the AIO Setup Utility are not supported on Mac OS X version 10.7. Fax settings may be adjusted through the printer’s operator panel.
