Acer Al1916w Driver For Mac

Jan 22, 2017  My monitor is an LCD Acer AL1916W, 1440 x 900 @ 60Hz and it connects through VGA. I've tried changing the refresh rate settings, but the only option I get is 'Use Hardware Default Setting'. One of them is an Acer H236HL 1920x1080 @60Hz, which works really well w/ the nVidia drivers. Then I have another monitor, an Acer AL1916W that's supposed to run at 1440x900 @60Hz (in Windows).

I have exactly the same issue I have two identical Acer alw monitors, they both work fine via vga but the DVI out does not recognise there presence, it is working as it recognises my TV fine.
